To develop and diversify the projects that will help KOU reach their aims and introduce its institutional identity.

To take responsibility in the organizations held within KOU such as scientific meetings, symposiums, seminars, conferences, academic dress ceremonies, opening ceremonies, festivals etc. that are achieved within KOU.

ITS DUTIES

To help written and visual introduction of KOU (introductory film, introductory catalogue, brochures, posters, CDs, bulletins and documental newspapers and so on)reach the related target audiences by the most suitable media tools and methods,

To help KOU take place in the written and visual media,

To carry out activities to provide cooperation with the other universities, public institutions, nongovernmental organizations and industrial institutions,

To do joint activities by following the activities of student clubs of KOU,

To carry out the activities of Directorate of Press and Public Relations according to the related CIRCULAR.
